When will I receive my purchase?
It may take up to 10 days for me to send out your order. After that, domestic orders should arrive in under 10 days. International orders should arrive within ~3 weeks, depending on location.
Can you track my order?
Please review the shipping options at checkout. If you have a paper-only order and choose the under 1oz option, you will not have tracking with your order.
Can I return my order?
No. Sales are final once shipped.
There's an issue with my order. Can I replace/refund it?
Yes, PLEASE contact me ASAP under any of the following conditions:
- A product arrives damaged or you received the incorrect product (please attatch a photo.)
- Part of your order is missing.
- The package does not arrive within 2 weeks (USA) or 3 weeks (INTL) after shipping and you have already contacted your local post office.
- You want to change your order before it has shipped.
- Any other unpredictable situation occurs.

I want to help you! But I get it. Here's what I need from you:
- Your order number. (Found on your emailed receipt- if you can't find it, you can instead provide the email, name, or address associated with your order.)
- Your issue.
- Your preferred solution (replace/refund).
- A photo IF the issue is a damaged or incorrect item.
If my order doesn't arrive and I have to contact my local post office, what do I say?
USA: Call/visit your local USPS office and say that your package hasn't arrived. Have your tracking code ready. They may be able to locate it by GPS.
INTL: Every country is different, but many withhold packages due to taxes/import fees/etc you have to pay. Some countries will notify you by phone, some have online services, etc.
If you need to fill out customs information, email me and I will provide exact details and can help you through the process.
At the end of the day, if you're too nervous to do this and your order isn't huge, just email me and pretend you did. Lol. I won't know.
When will ___ restock?
Whenever I'm introducing new products I will restock other products, roughly every 3-4 months.
You no longer sell [x] product, but I really really want it.
Email me! I keep extras of everything I sell and am happy to do private orders. If I'm out of the extras, I can order one-off designs for a higher price if you're willing to wait.
Where can I receive updates on the status of preorders?
I update @kabukeo_ on Twitter most frequently, but I'll try to keep up with the shop announcements here.

I'm sorry! I never intentionally ignore anyone. Emails occasionally end up in my spam folder and it takes a few extra days for me to notice. I try very hard to keep up with checking it but life & tech issues happen.
If it seems like emails are not getting through at all, then Twitter or Discord DMs (kbko) are your best bet.
